1. Soak the dried seaweed in clean water, wash away the sediment, and control the moisture;
2. Wash the pot, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, and boil;
3. Pour the seaweed into the pot (and your favorite ingredients such as tofu and tomatoes), bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
4. Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, vegetarian G seasoning powder, drizzle in sesame oil, cook for a while, remove from the pan, and serve.

1. 将干紫菜放入清水中泡发，洗去泥沙，控干水分;
2.把锅洗一洗，锅内加适量水，煮沸;
3.将紫菜倒入锅内（以及自己喜欢的食材如豆腐、番茄)，先用武火煮沸，转为文火慢煮6至8分钟。
4. 加入盐、酱油、胡椒粉、素G粉、淋入麻油，再煮一会儿，出锅，即可食用。
