Peach Gum is dark yellow transparent solid natural resin, harvested in summer.
Peach Gum is the secretion of resin from peach tree.
** Rich in collagen
** Lighten pigmentation

Direction of use:
Soak 30g of peach gum( serve 4-5 person) over night or at least 12 hours until it is soft.
The impurities should have sank to the bottom by now, using a sieve to wash the rehydrated gum.
The peach gum can now be double boiled for around 2 hours with ingreients such as lotus seed, white fungus, red dates and chinese pears.
You can add rock sugar, honey, condensed milk, fructose or soup balls at will and it can be eaten or cooked as a delicacy.
